Not Convinced

My iPhone says this is a Great Spangled Fritillary .. I don't agree, but I am not sure what it is. I will be researching this one. It is a beautiful butterfly!

A Common Sight

Stunning Viceroy

We have seen a couple Viceroy Butterflies over the past week, but this is the first one we have been able to photograph this year. How beautiful.

What about a Monarch? That will be a while yet.

Beautiful Blue

I believe this little butterfly is a Spring Azure. It could also be a Eastern Tailed Blue Butterfly (or short-tailed blue). I'm going with the spring azure.
