Some days nature just blows me away. We hiked at Charleston Falls Preserve yesterday. It was about 25°F ... but it was so beautiful out. I forgot the temperature and just enjoyed the hike.

This photo was taken in early November. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed a long hike. It has the feel of the end of fall as winter is on its way in. Since then we have had some snow, and some colder weather. Spring is on the way 🤣

We hiked at Maple Ridge Reserve yesterday. It was about 32ºF, but for a hike, nearly perfect weather. The sun was bright and we enjoyed our hike. I just wanted to share a couple of photos. The first one is one of two fishing ponds there, and the second is the Stillwater River, near the entrance to the hiking trail. Have a great weekend.

The weather forcast is calling for a lot of snow early next week. I may be flying my drone to capture some snow video, or at least capturing a few photos of a snowy landscape. We will see what happens. Stay warm, and be safe!
