Fast, High Water

I mentioned this in a post a couple days ago but after an overnight storm, the Stillwater was flowing high and fast. I had to share this photo and video.

A couple of days before the storm, the river was so low that we could walk across it and it nearly covered my feet at this same spot.

As I write this, the water is slowly receding and life goes on. Make it a great day!

Missing a walk with nature

FullSizeRender.jpg

I really miss my morning walks. We have been in Chicago for a few days for MacStock. This is one of my favorite events and frankly, my favorite weekend of the year. We will be home today and I will get back out with nature.

I took this photo with my iPhone the day before we left. Have a great week.
