I think this is a swamp sparrow. It is hard to telll, but it sure looks like it to me. The fact is, the swamp sparrow, and the song sparrow look alike (to me).
I shot this photo near a fishing pond. Nearby, there is a ‘swampy’ pond that the geese frequent. This is the right habitat for the swamp sparrow.
