I saw this Great Blue Heron in the Miami River. This would be normal, but it was the first day of winter. I was really surprised.
I saw him twice .. he took off and I didn’t get a shot the first time, so I took a walk the other way, and when I came back, he was there again. Must have been a good eating spot.
