Lets get the details out of the way first. This is a Halloween Pennant. It is another skimmer and is a species of dragonfly.
I love this photo. Check out the details on the skimmer, the background and the colors ... so cool. I am especially taken by her wings. I hope you can see it on a good screen. It blows my mind.
I have been having some problems with my camera getting a good focus so I am extra excited with how this turned out. I think I have resolved my focus issue by updating the firmware in my camera. I believe there is an update for the lens too. I have to buy a special adapter to program it, so I will do that soon.
