We saw another Gray Catbird this week. I wish the lighting was better so the black cap and tail would have showed up better.

We were walking along the trail by the Stillwater River and could hear a bird singing. I really did not recognize it. I have heard Grey Catbirds many times, but never this call. It was so beautiful. This is the first one we have see this year.

I saw this grey catbird early Sunday morning. I really love the catbird. They have some unique coloring, which sadly is not visible in this photo. This one would not move into a better position for that photo.
