Deer In The Headlights?

Maybe not in the headlights, but clearly in our lens. Is this cute or what? This cutie was totally surprised by us walking toward her. I am sure Mom was nearby, but once she got over the shock, she turned around and ran off. So beautiful.

We always enjoy hiking at the Hobart Urban Nature Preserve. Its not a long hike, but I almost always see a deer. I have seen big bucks too. We saw this clan later in the hike too.
