When we drive up to the Grand Lake St Marys we can always count on seeing a number of American Herring Gulls. I captured this photo as this one flew over us.
They are cool looking birds ..

I really enjoyed watching these seagulls. I think they were playing ‘king of the hill’. The winner didn’t mind letting everyone know. I’m going to call this a Herring Gull. It most fits the description anyway. Feel free to give me some feedback if you have some other thoughts.
