We drove up to Grand Lake St Marys this week to see what kind of birds we could find. It was not super productive. We did see a few eagles, and this pari of American White Pelican. They sure stand ou aginst the blue sky.

We saw these two American White Pelicans this week at Grand Lake St. Marys. They are a big bird, and I love to watch them fly. I thought we may see more, but it was not great weather this week.

Yes, we hiked at Grand Lake St. Marys this week. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed some time in the sun.
I don't think we have ever seen more American White Pelicans in one location before. My favorite photo is the top one.
