A Second Chance

This was a second chance photo. I did not see this Red-tailed Hawk and he took off. I saw him flying, but it was too late to get a photo. As it turned out, he parked in a tree not too far away. Thanks, buddy.

A New Couple?

We have seen a pair of Bald Eagles hanging around Big Woods this past week. It does no appear to be the pair that has a nest closer to the Miami River. A new couple?

Plotting Her Lunch?

I am like 95% sure this is a Red-tailed Hawk but the angle didn't help confirm that. I see a little red in the tail so that is the key.

She sure looks hungry.
